Our
Family Project

Hey Family! Let’s come together and create something truly special—a Family Book that tells our unique story! This project isn’t just about preserving memories; it’s an opportunity to share our history, triumphs, and lessons with future generations. By submitting your stories, we’ll not only keep our legacy alive but also create a source of revenue that can help fund our family reunions, scholarships, and assistance projects that will benefit us all. This book will be a testament to where we come from and how we’ve built each other up through the years. Your voice matters, and your story is a piece of the puzzle that will connect us all. Let’s unite in this effort, honor our roots, and ensure our legacy thrives for generations to come. Please submit your story and be part of something impactful that will enrich our family for years to come!

Family Book Submission Guidelines

We’re excited to invite all members of the TGPS Family to submit their stories for inclusion in our upcoming family book! This book will highlight our shared experiences, legacy, and the unique moments that have shaped us. In order to make sure the project runs smoothly, please carefully read and follow the guidelines below.

  1. Story Ownership and Rights: By submitting your story, you are confirming that you are the original author and own the rights to the story. TGPS Family will not be held liable for any legal claims regarding the content of the stories submitted. If multiple people contribute to a story, only one person will be credited as the author, and that person will be listed as the contributor in the book and will receive any related revenue.

  2. Content and Editing: We want to preserve the heart of every story, but please note that submissions may be edited or enhanced with additional details about the time period or context to help the story flow or to clarify events. However, the core meaning and characters’ names will remain intact. We encourage you to share your most impactful, funny, inspirational, or gut-wrenching moments, but please avoid including anything that could embarrass or harm other family members. Let’s ensure that the stories remain positive and reflective of the family’s legacy.

  3. Story Focus: The story you submit should relate directly to your personal experiences and be about something you have firsthand knowledge of. It should also include a clear connection to the TGPS Family and explain how the characters are related to the family. We want to celebrate our shared history, not sensationalize personal conflicts or events.

  4. Separate Submissions for Recognition: If you want recognition for a story, please submit your own individual work. If you collaborate with others, ensure that only one person submits the final version of the story. It’s important that each submission be a unique, original story from one person to avoid confusion regarding authorship and recognition.

By submitting your story, you acknowledge that you are claiming ownership of the content, and you agree to hold the TGPS Family harmless from any legal action related to the story’s content.

We look forward to reading your amazing stories and building a legacy that will inspire future generations! Thank you for being part of this exciting project.

Marketing

The marketing plan would include hyping it up on social media, self publishing but locating a publisher is also an option to be explored.
